My progress is gone

Progress is saved only on your device. Deleting the app, or restoring the device without a backup, removes it. Offloading the app keeps it.

The game feels slow

Close other apps and make sure Low Power Mode is off. The hand-drawn look is drawn live, so older devices work hardest during hallway runs.

How do I get more coins?

Play runs, complete quests and run challenges, help school characters, and finish the Lunch Bell Rescue. Everything in the shop can be earned.

How do I unlock more monsters and worlds?

Monsters level up as they eat snacks on runs, and new monsters unlock as your monsters reach higher levels. New school worlds unlock as your total snack count grows. The packing screen shows what's next.

Is there a way to reset the game?

Delete and reinstall the app. This erases all progress.
